The shoes.
The flickering.
How bad is it?

I am currently considering either FoW or Vabbi and I have always loved Vabbi - but the flickering pretty much always kills it for me. So, how bad is it really?
Do you see it all the time when one travels, fights, ...

Khmm, I am willing to spend 100+ ecto on an armour set but NOT 2 rubies/sapphires on a pair of shoes?!?!?

So moments after witting this post - I dashed out and bought the guy the shoes to test it out. It's like a discoball - but for shoes. Not pretty.
It shows on the character selection screen, it shows in the game, the only time it's not visible is when the guy is running around.
Seriously, that's some insanely shabby work.

There might be a textmod fix for that somewhere around. I know someone made a couple armor fixes on their own to suffice while Anet worked on it (I haven't seen a lot of bug/armor fixes recently though)
